Unity in the Community

In the aftermath of this disaster, give to an organization that has aided and empowered individuals and families in 70805 for 13 years. Learn about the pressing issues these families and individuals face everyday. Serve one another directly, do your part to enable unity in our #commUNITY, and help us stay #BatonRougeStrong.

We are currently accepting donations of:
Rice, dry beans, pasta, tomato sauce, oatmeal, grits, breakfast cereal, canned meat (chicken and tuna), mayonnaise, peanut butter, jelly, canned peas, canned green beans, canned corn, flour, sugar, cooking oil, eggs, sandwich bread, bottled water, paper plates/utensils, toilet paper, feminine hygiene supplies, and paper towels.

We are also accepting cleaning supplies donated in the form of a 5 gallon bucket filled with all the following:
Laundry detergent, liquid house cleaner, dish soap, insect repellant, scrub brush, reusable cleaning wipes, sponges, scouring pads, heavy-duty trash bags, dust masks, plastic gloves, and bleach.

Donations can be dropped off at 4643 Winbourne Ave between 8am and 5pm. To keep relief efforts efficient and organized please only donate the items listed above.

Donations will be used to enable HOPE Ministries to continue their relief efforts in wake of the mass flooding in 70805, as well as to further their continued mission to prevent homelessness and promote self-sufficiency and dignity in the North Baton Roug
